How do I set up my product inventory: Manually Update or Delete Inventory

The following article will cover the process of editing or deleting inventory that has already been generated. This feature is useful for changing pricing for peak days or deleting inventory for one-off days that you may be closed.

If you need to make changes to inventory that you have already generated you can easily update a single session or bulk edit as many sessions as you need to, the same goes for deletion. 

Note: If you're looking to update future inventory (that hasn't been generated yet), then you'll want to read more about Inventory Templates.

Go to the products page in RESMARK (in the RES+Plus menu on the left of RESMARK)
Select the product you want to update, and then go to the inventory section. 
If only updating one session simply select the edit icon on the right side. If you're deleting a session, then follow the bulk editing steps below. 
If bulk editing multiple sessions, select the checkboxes on the left, followed by the edit option that pops up near the top of the list. If you're deleting inventory, then select the delete option instead. If you are deleting, you do not need to do step 4. 
You will be taken to the edit inventory page, where you can make any changes you see fit. You can modify the price, change the start time, and much more. If making any major changes to inventory that has already been reserved be sure to reach out to the impacted customers. Price changes will only impact future reservations. All changes to the edit page will update immediately.

Note: You can not delete a session if a reservation has already been made for that date and time. See the sold column to know if this impacts the inventory in question.
