How do I add Product-Specific Confirmation notes to my product in Resmark?

Do you have something specific about a product that you want your customers to know about? Like what to bring, or where to meet? Read on to find out how you can set this up in Resmark.

When defining the marketing settings of your product, you can create notes or instructions that will be unique to that specific product and will appear below the general confirmation message and email. Along with your product-specific confirmation, all products sold by your business will contain a general confirmation message.

Note: Looking to change your General Confirmation message? You can update it by going to Settings > Business > Checkout And Confirmation Settings

To update your Product-Specific Confirmation, please go to Products > {Product Name} > Marketing > Product-Specific Confirmation Notes



For example, you may want to include some specific details about next steps a customer may need to take or special meeting or pickup instructions you may want to point out.

There are a few fields available for you to define product-specific confirmation notes:

Show Special Message in Email Body - Include a few optional notes about this product in your confirmation email. These will appear below your introductory message.
Example: You may want to include some specific details about next steps a customer may need to take or special meeting or pickup instructions you may want to point out. Limit to 3000 characters.
Start Time Instructions
Example: Please check in 15 minutes early. Bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen and sturdy hiking shoes or boots. Limit to 1000 characters.
End Time Instructions
Example: Event is expected to end 2 hours after the start time, and we will drop you off at the visitors center. Limit to 1000 characters.
