How do I set up discounts for my products?
Discounts can be added in Resmark under Settings > Products > Discounts. They can also be set up during the product creation process.
Discount Name is the name you give your discount, it will show up throughout the app and on order confirmations.
Percentage or Flat determines if the discount is a percentage or flat amount.
Price Tiers allow you to choose if the discount can be applied to all price tiers or if it is applicable only to specific price tiers.
Amount is the $ or % on potential savings for you to your customer.
Promo Code allows you to create a custom promo code that you can give out to your customers for use on public pages. Punctuation doesn't matter.
Exclusivity determines if the discount can be combined with other discounts, or not.
Price Categories allows you to determine if the fee is applicable to all price categories or specific price categories.
Navigate to Product > Pricing > Select Existing Discount
Use the Dropdown Menu to select any of your existing discounts to apply to the product, and always be sure to hit Publish after making any changes to confirm those changes go live.
