How to set up and manage notifications

You can create, edit, and delete notifications for actions that users take on products in the Settings page

When initially setting up your products you will be given the option to create a notification or apply an existing notification. To do this, simply visit Settings > General > Notifications. From there you can create a new notification, edit an existing notification, or delete a notification.




Using the notifications feature you can have Resmark automatically fire off an internal email to a specific person every time an order is placed for a specified product, or when change is made to any order containing that product.

From the Settings > General > Notifications page, you can do the following:

To create a new notification, select New Notification.
To edit an existing notification, select the name of the notification.
To delete a notification, select the recycle bin icon.



When creating or editing a notification from Settings > General > Notifications, you have the ability to select all of the products that this notification will be applicable to.
