Can I collect Credit Card information or other personal data using Custom Fields?
Using Custom Fields will allow you to request information that may be helpful for your daily operations or your marketing.
Custom fields are perfect to ask for information such as height, weight, dietary restrictions, etc.
Any data entered into Resmark and WaiverSign standard or custom fields will not be encrypted, so please do not collect anything that is too personal, such as credit cards, bank account numbers, social security numbers, etc.
Anyone who knows the login credentials for your account can potentially view customer data, including the ability to export any customer or participant information.
Note: It is possible to set up compatible payment processors with Resmark (not available for standalone WaiverSign) -- all information entered through the payment processor will be PCI compatible.
