How do I view my WaiverSign bill?

This article covers how to view and understand your WaiverSign subscription.

You can view your bill at any time by going to Settings > Subscription & Billing > Billing Information > View Billing Summary

Once you're on the billing summary page, you'll be able to view/print any and all bills since the beginning of your WaiverSign subscription.

Understanding Your Bill

When viewing your WaiverSign bill, there are a handful of different billing statuses to be aware of:

Paid - Your bill is taken care of for the month, no further action should be required.
Scheduled - Your bill is scheduled to be paid, and your credit card on file will be charged soon.
Past Due - Your bill is due to be paid but may have failed for one reason or another (such as a declined card, expired card, etc). WaiverSign Support will contact you if your bill is in this status.
Balance Forward - Any unpaid balances from previous months will be carried over to your most recently generated bill.

Your bill will include a breakdown of charges for your account:

Monthly Subscription - How much you're charged per month (your first month may show a lower number than usual, as it's a prorated bill from the day you sign up through the end of the month)
Per Document Cost - How much you're charged per document after exceeding your monthly included limit.
Signed Waivers - How many waivers were signed in the previous calendar month.
Signing Charges - Based on your previous month's usage, this number can vary. The WaiverSign standard plan includes 50 signed documents per month, if that amount is exceeded your account will be billed at the "Per Document Cost" for every document over the limit.

If you have any questions about your bill, don't hesitate to contact WaiverSign Support.
