WaiverSign + Zapier [Beta]

WaiverSign now offers a Zapier Integration, which is currently in a closed Beta. If you'd like to join our Beta please contact our support team.

Zapier is a powerful tool that allows you to easily connect your WaiverSign customer database to any of the thousands of applications that offer Zapier integrations. This feature is currently a closed Beta, to gain access to it, simply contact our support team and find out if you're eligible.

During the Beta, this feature will be available at no additional cost. After the Beta, this feature will be available as an add-on for your existing subscription (pricing to be announced soon).

FAQ



Q: The fields from WaiverSign show up in Zapier just fine, and I'm able to map those fields without any issues. However, when the Zap triggers, some of my fields don't make it over to the other application.
A: Some applications require very specific formatting. For example, with MailChimp you may run into issues with DOB, as they require it to be formatted in a very specific way (MM/DD). In this case, we would have to create a specific rule in Zapier to alter the formatting of DOB to match the requirements of the other application. With MailChimp this rule would change the format from WaiverSign (YYYY-MM-DD) to the format of MailChimp (MM/DD), which will allow MailChimp to read the DOB.



Getting this setting to work may take some trial and error to get the exact format required.


Q: How much will this feature cost when it becomes available?
A: The pricing will be announced sometime in November or December of 2023, and Enterprise WaiverSign customers will have access to this feature at no additional cost.


Q: How much does Zapier cost?
A: The price of Zapier can be found here: https://zapier.com/app/pricing -- their pricing is based on the number of tasks completed per month. If you sign less than 100 waivers per month, you could probably get by on the Zapier free plan (which there are some limitations on that plan). However, if you sign more than 100 waivers per month, you will want to pick an appropriate tier for Zapier that will cover all of the contacts you'll be sending over.


Q: I don't see this option in my WaiverSign/Resmark account settings
A: This feature is currently in Beta, and requires you to contact Support to have it enabled in your account. 

Known Beta Issues:
As we're currently in the Beta stage of our Zapier integration there are may be issues that need to be resolved. Please communicate with our support team if you believe you've uncovered any issues, or have any feedback. These are all currently known issues:
-- 10/23/2023: Guardian information isn't being sent over with minor info (when signing for 'Minors Only')
-- 10/25/2023: Custom fields aren't generating within Zapier (only standard fields)
-- 10/25/2023: 'isAdult' field isn't functioning, all records are coming through as 'true', and not recognizing the age of majority in the account settings.
