What signing languages are available with WaiverSign?

At this time WaiverSign supports English, Spanish, and French for the document signing process.

If your account doesn't already have access to bilingual document support, please contact our Support Team to have it enabled on your account.

This feature can be confusing upon your first time using, and we recommend reaching out to our support team if you need any assistance.

Some things to be aware of when setting up your document in multiple languages.

After creating your English document, be sure to enable "Show English as option during signing process"
Save and Publish your document, then you can switch to Spanish or French to add your translations there.
Keep in mind that if you create "New Section with optional initials accept / decline" then your Spanish or French documents will have those sections enabled as well. If you delete the section in one language it will delete it from all languages.
Standard and custom fields turned on for one language will automatically turn on for all languages. This also means any fields you turn off will be disabled in other languages as well.

Note: Standard fields provided by WaiverSign will automatically translate between English, Spanish, and French.
However, custom fields will not auto-translate, so you'll need to translate them yourself, as seen in the attached screenshot.
